Meet Sarah Mitchell
Hi, I'm Sarah Mitchell, a certified dog trainer and lifelong German Shepherd enthusiast. I founded German Shepherd Planet in 2020 to share my passion and expertise with fellow GSD owners around the world.
With over 15 years of experience working with German Shepherds, I've trained everything from family companions to working dogs. My approach combines positive reinforcement techniques with an understanding of the unique characteristics that make German Shepherds such incredible dogs.
I hold certifications from the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers (CCPDT) and regularly collaborate with veterinarians and animal behaviorists to ensure all our content is accurate, up-to-date, and evidence-based.
